Ordering Information
Domestic Shipping
Orders within the US (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and APOs) will be shipped via the method chosen by
the customer at the time of purchase. All shipping options available are provided by the United States
Postal Service (USPS). Options include:
USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation: Delivery within an average of 2-3 business days.
USPS Express Mail: Delivery within 1-2 days. This service will deliver on holidays and weekends.
While most orders will be shipped within 48 hours, please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing
and shipment (not delivery) of your order.
Foreign Shipping and Availability
International orders will be shipped via the method chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.
All shipping options available are provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Options include:
USPS First-Class Mail International: Delivery within approximately 6 weeks. This service has no tracking abilities.
USPS Priority Mail International: Delivery within 6-10 business days.
USPS Express Mail International: Delivery within 3-5 business days.
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and shipment (not delivery) of your order.
You are responsible for all import duties, VAT taxes, etc. We reserve the right to cancel orders we deem
as fraudulent, and/or we reserve the right to ask for documents that ensure the validity of your order. If
your country is not listed below, we may need to ship it via a more secure method. Please contact us
for more information before placing an order.
Countries that we will ship to are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong,
Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
and the United Kingdom.
Billing and Processing
All credit card transactions are done through PayPal.
PayPal accepts all major credit cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and eCheck
If you do not wish to use a credit card or PayPal account, you may send a check or money order to the address
below. DO NOT SEND CASH. Please place an order on our website and select the check or money order payment option.
The website will properly calculate shipping fees and provide you with an order number to reference with your
check or money order. We are not able to fulfill orders that are not first placed on our website. It is our
policy to ensure that a check has cleared before shipping an order. Therefore, please allow 2-3 additional
business days for processing and product shipment when paying via check or money order. Please make the check or

Backorders
Backorders are filled on a first come, first serve basis and will be billed at the time of shipment. As
such, we recommend placing an order quickly to guarantee your position on the waiting list. You will be
contacted via email when the backordered item is filled and we will provide you a method to pay for the
item. Generally, you will be given approximately 1 week to pay or contact us. After that, your filled
backorder will be cancelled and your item will be put back into stock.
Returns
All return requests must be placed via email during the 30 day period after your purchase date to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returned items will be accepted without an RMA number.
There will be NO returns after 30 days. All returns must be in new, unused condition. If we find that the
returned item is not in a new, unused condition you will be billed a restocking fee at our discretion based
on the condition of the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds will
be issued through PayPal after we have received and inspected the item. Please allow 5-7 business days for
processing on all returns.
